These young men and women have traveled further up the path of scientific research. They will be able to accomplish parts of their dreams at SUSTech.

Student Affairs Director Zheng XUE spoke of the importance of adapting to life on campus to the undergraduate class of 2024. He highlighted being able to adjust to the pace and independence at university.

Teaching Affairs Director Kefu HUANG also addressed the undergraduate Class of 2024. He dealt with issues such as course selection, exams, selecting majors, and maintaining their student status.

The Center for Language Education provided initial English training and grading of the Class of 2024.

Throughout the week, the units are tailoring their activities to the needs of different student groups. Other activities will include safety education, a cross-country orienteering challenge, library resources, and SUSTech history classes.
