On June 8, 2015, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission of South China Normal University Xiaobo Huang and fellows visited the University for communication. The Secretary of the Party Committee Ming Li, the Vice President Chuanyue Wu, the Deputy Director of the Preparation Office Ms.Wei Han and involving principals of the University communicated with the visitors. 

The Secretary of the Party Committee Ming Li warmly welcomed Mr. Xiaobo Huang and fellows on behalf of the University. He said that, as the program “211” key university with complete disciplines, South China Normal University had cultivated a lot of excellent talents and it is the target that SUSTC shall learn from. Ming Li introduced the governance mode of the University, and detailed the relation among the Board of Council, the Party Committee and the President in terms of positioning, responsibility and operating mechanism. 

Vice President Chuanyue Wu emphatically introduced talent training mode, system construction and discipline planning of the University. 

Deputy Director Ms.Wei Han introduced organizational structure, composition and election procedure of the Board of Council of the University in details.

Mr. Xiaobo Huang expressed his thanks to the University for the warm reception. He said that, as a newly founded university, SUSTC successfully explored in governance of the Board of Council, scholar research by professors and talent training, and he was happy to visit and learn from the University. 

Both parties discussed deeply on modern university system construction, innovative talent training and other issues.

Before the conference, Mr.Huangbo Xiao and fellows visited the sand table for campus construction accompanied by Ms. Wei Han.
