The Micro/Nano Processing Platform was launched on Jan 8, by the Council Chairman Li Ming and President Chen Shiyi. Chairs from all departments and directors from related offices attended the above unveiling ceremony.

” The role of the laboratory is to organize and control complex operations including daily operations and the specialized experts recruitment, by offering the hardware and software environments.” said the Council Chairman Li Ming at the ceremony. President Chen Shiyi required the laboratory staff to classify and manage the instruments and facilities in the lab. He also said,” To train laboratory staff to enable them to meet the SUSTC requirement in terms of hygiene, safety, quality and efficiency.”

The the formal use of Micro/Nano Processing Platform means that the construction of the SUSTC Superclean Lab has been completed. As a leading microelectronic testing experimental platform among the domestic universities labs, our lab provides good research environment for the students and faculty.
