On May 7, 2016, the Exchange Meeting for University-based Non-profit Organizations in Shenzhen was held by SUSTech Public Welfare in Zhicheng College. Representatives from eight university-based non-profit organizations and three social non-profit organizations attended the meeting and introduced the development course, featured projects and future direction of their own organizations in a bid to boost exchange and expand cooperation.

At the beginning, Director Zhang Chi of SUSTech Volunteer Team expressed his warm welcome and sincere appreciation to all the participants, and then introduced in detail SUSTech Volunteer Team from multiple aspects, including team structure, project procedures and future development. In answering the questions raised by representatives from non-profit organizations of other universities, Zhang said that the aim of SUSTech Volunteer Team is to spread love as well as the spirit of gratitude and offer a platform for SUSTech students and teachers to participate in volunteer activities.

As the exchange meeting successfully concluded, SUSTech Volunteer Team would remain in close contact with other non-profit organizations, create an atmosphere in favor of the public good in the campus and contribute to the development of social welfare.
