From November 13^th to 17^th, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) has maintained its place as a top exhibitor at the China High-Tech Fair (CHTF), taking place in Shenzhen this week. This year is operating on theme of “Invigorating the Greater Bay Area through Opening Up and Innovation,” and SUSTech brought more than 20 of its scientific and technological innovations to the exhibition.

The research achievements on display cover fields such as robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), biomedicine and new materials. SUSTech’s display is forward-looking, practical, interactive and a full demonstration of its development. The various innovations have been chosen in line with the broader theme of this year’s CHTF.

This is the fifth time SUSTech has been invited to exhibit at CHTF and highlight its scientific & technological achievements. All departments of SUSTech are actively involved in the coordination of the SUSTech display, as CHTF visitors develop a better understanding of SUSTech’s strengths and discuss our developments with faculty members & students. It also provides an opportunity to create industry-university research cooperation with potential industry exhibitors.

The SUSTech exhibition was split into three distinct areas, each of which examined a different facet of SUSTech’s development. SUSTech’s achievements demonstrated its excellence in developing talent pipelines, research platform construction, urban development support and its innovative scientific research achievements.

The use of posters, videos, and live interactive exhibitions provided for an exciting display. 

It fully validates the efforts SUSTech has made in developing into a comprehensive teaching and research university that cultivates innovative future leaders of the new era. SUSTech’s exhibition is a perfect representation of its scientific strength and rapid development, both of which represent the vitality of Shenzhen and SUSTech.
