On December 30, SUSTech convened the 2021 Undergraduate Enrollment Mobilization & Training meeting, kicking off the enrollment of undergraduates for 2021. Vice Provost Kefu HUANG hosted the meeting. He was joined by President Qikun XUE, Vice President Dongxiao ZHANG, and all faculty members and staff in enrollment teams.

President XUE extended great gratitude to all faculty and staff members for their hardship and achievement in the enrollment work. He emphasized that undergraduate cultivation is one of the core tasks of the University and the quality of undergraduate students represents the quality of a university. He put forward four requirements for the enrollment work in 2021 and hoped that with the joint efforts of the whole university, SUSTech would further expand its social influence and push the enrollment work to a new level.

Dongxiao ZHANG introduced the enrollment plan for 2021 from requirements, goals, schedule, and implementation. He said that it is with the concerted efforts of all faculty members of enrollment teams, the young university got complete success in the enrollment of 2020. He also expressed his hope that the University would do better in 2021.
