Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League announced its results of the 2022 Special Fund for Science and Technology Innovation Strategy of Guangdong Province (“Climbing Plan”).

The Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) applied for nine projects (seven for undergraduate students and two for postgraduate students), all of which were approved.

The “Climbing Plan” special fund is allocated by the Guangdong Provincial Government every year to promote scientific and technological innovation and cultivation projects of students in Guangdong universities. It selects, nurtures, and funds a select group of students to carry out cutting-edge and pioneering scientific and technological innovation research in the province.
