On June 18, the online finals competition and award ceremony of the 9^th “League Cup” Undergraduate College English Writing Competition in Guangdong Province was held.

This competition was jointly sponsored by the Guangdong Provincial Undergraduate College English Course Teaching Steering Committee, the English Major Sub-Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Undergraduate College Foreign Language Major Teaching Steering Committee, and the China College English Writing Teaching Alliance.

A total of 286 undergraduate students from 59 universities and colleges participated in the finals. After strong competition, Hanxu ZHU, an undergraduate student of the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), won the Grand Prize of the college English group, while Yueming LI and Mingqian LIAO won the second and third prizes, respectively.
