The Editorial Board of Engineering, a journal by the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), recently invited Professor Ke LIU, Dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) and Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering (ATSE), to publish a special issue on “Large-Scale Energy Storage in the Context of Carbon Neutrality”.
Prof. Ke LIU and Yulong DING, Professor at the University of Birmingham (UoB) and Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering (RAEng), jointly served as the editors-in-chief of the special issue.
Junguo LI, Research Associate Professor of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at SUSTech, and Haoran ZHANG, Assistant Professor at the University of Tokyo (UTokyo), served as the executive editors.
The special issue of “Large-Scale Energy Storage in the Context of Carbon Neutrality” aims to report on new ideas and perspectives on large-scale energy storage technologies in the context of carbon neutrality, and help scientific researchers to better understand the frontier dynamics.
Founded in 2015, Engineering is the main journal of the CAE. It aims to provide a high-level platform for the release and exchange of cutting-edge advancements in engineering science and technology, to discuss hot topics and challenging issues in engineering development, and to encourage engineering breakthroughs and innovations to benefit humanity.
