On July 20, 2022, Dongsheng CHEN, Chairman & CEO of Taikang Insurance Group Co., Ltd., and his delegation visited the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech).

Fengliang LI, University Council Chairperson, Ling ZHANG, University Council Vice-Chairperson, other members of the University’s leadership team, and heads of relevant departments welcomed the guests as they held exchanges on various topics.

In his remarks, Chairperson Fengliang LI briefly introduced the history of SUSTech, its faculty, and the development of its medicine disciplines.

He added that the University is looking forward to cooperating with Taikang Insurance Group in talent recruitment, scientific research, and talent training.

Dongsheng CHEN praised the achievements of SUSTech in recent years and spoke about the development strategy and model of the Taikang Insurance Group.

He noted that he looks forward to joining forces with SUSTech to make more explorations in the fields of medical and elderly care, and greater contributions to the development of China’s medical and elderly care industry.

Jian ZHANG, Professor of the School of Medicine, and Minhu CHEN, Senior Consultant of the Taikang Shenzhen Qianhai International Hospital, also spoke at the meeting.
