From March 21st to 24th, the 7th Symposium on Advances in Neural Cytology and the General Assembly of Chinese Society for Neural Cytology was held at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech).
The Chinese Society for Neural Cytology and the National Key Laboratory of Neuroscience were the co-organizers of the conference while SUSTech hosted the event. At the conference, there was an election for the new committee members for Chinese Society for Neural Cytology. Furthermore, nearly 60 professors from 20 research institutes and universities, including the CAS Shanghai Institutes of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, and for Biological Sciences, Fudan University, Beijing’s National Institute of Biological Sciences, Peking University, Tsinghua University and Zhejiang University exchanged their latest research findings in the neural cytology field.
Through inviting researchers to report on their latest research results, the conference equips scientists from all fields of neural cytology with practical and applicable knowledge. The conference aims to encourage the development and cooperation in related fields in China.
