SUSTech hosts College Board AP Winter Workshop

Last weekend saw Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) host the College Board 2018 AP Winter Workshop. More than 200 teachers from across the world who work in international education, took part in the conference. SUSTech Vice President Lu Chun gave a keynote speech at the opening ceremony.

Lu Chun welcomed the participants and briefly introduced the history of SUSTech, its development, the strength of teachers, its scientific research and the recruitment of international students.

The conference sought to improve teacher training and provide them with an opportunity to collaborate on their teaching methods. The training covers a variety of subjects such as calculus, chemistry, computer science, English language and literature, art history, psychology, world history, human geography, and economics.
