Welcome to the Newshub of Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). We represent the front line of the Office of Communications and Public Relations. The Newshub is in charge of publishing and promoting SUSTech’s innovations, scientific breakthroughs, published research, teaching outcomes and various newsworthy events, as it strives to be a world-class university, rooted in China.

Here at SUSTech, we have some of the best and brightest students from around China and the world working with top scientists. They’re working to solve some massive challenges for humanity, including climate change, disease and space exploration.

In the Newshub, we are proud to talk about everything happening on campus. We’ll be publishing all sorts of news on a variety of topics and about numerous researchers, faculty members, students and staff. Our professional team works hand in hand with the SUSTech community to ensure announcements are made in a timely and appropriate fashion.

We also provide media services to the SUSTech community, as well as to the broader media. The Newshub and the Office of Communications and Public Relations works hard to assist film crew requests, handles major announcements with ease and professionalism, and provides a public information office in emergencies.
