Guo Xingquan, Director of Shanxi Earthquake Administration, visited SUSTech with his team yesterday and signed a collaboration agreement with the Department of Ocean Science & Engineering and the Department of Earth & Space Sciences.

Directors from both departments welcomed the guests, and the three parties discussed future collaborations on research projects, education and exchange of talents, as well as earthquake prevention and disaster relief measures in Shanxi Province.
