On March 4, 2016, LI Ming, SUSTech Council Chairman, and his delegation visited Shenzhen Polytechnic. Vice president WU Chuanyue, Ms. HAN Wei, the director of the human resource department, and leaders from the teaching affair office and Higher Education Innovation (ICHEI). Both sides exchanged in depth view on the the admissions of undergraduate students in Jiangxi Province. Mr.LIU Hongyi, the president, and Mr. CHEN Qiuming, the main leaders of the institute welcomed the delegation and attended the above meeting.

After a short briefing of Shenzhen Polytechnic, LI expressed gladness at the opportunity to visit the institute and admired and appreciated the institute’s great achievements in its development.

He introduced the situation in such aspects as schooling objective, vision, orientation and disciplinary development;and ICHEIwas introduced emphasisly. The Higher Education Innovation (ICHEI) is a UNESCO Category II Institute. The delegation wishes the two sides to strengthen the cooperation and invites the institute could participate the international entrepreneurship and innovation forum held in the late June.

LI also provided many suggestions to the building of Shenzhen International Friendship-City University League and fully supported the institute to become 2016 chairmanship of the university league.

Before the talk, the delegation also visited the College of Communications, College of Fine Arts, maker center and the digital laboratory.
