On December 15, a delegation led by Sinopec Group Deputy General Manager Baocai YU visited SUSTech for an exchange meeting. They were joined by SUSTech President Qikun XUE and Acting Vice President Yusheng ZHAO.

In the meeting, Hui LI, Chair Professor of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering introduced the progress of SUSTech team in fuel cell industrialization.

President XUE welcomed the delegation and briefly introduced the development of SUSTech in recent years. He hoped that the two sides would strengthen exchanges, promote the original innovation of scientific research, empower the efficient transformation of scientific research achievements for a win-win outcome.

Baocai YU congratulated SUSTech on its upcoming 10th anniversary. He introduced Sinopec’s industrial advantages and development plan in the field of new energy, and looked forward to further promoting the regular interaction with SUSTech and the integration of innovation resources of universities and enterprises, and making breakthroughs in the field of new energy development.

Before the meeting, YU and his delegation visited the fuel cell R & D base of the University.
