Earlier this week, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) won the “2018 China University-Industry Cooperation Innovation Award” at the 12^th China University-Industry Cooperation Innovation Conference. The award is the highest honor for collaborative innovation of production, university and research in China.

SUSTech’s Technology Transfer Center actively promotes the transformation of innovative technology, and has formed a technology transfer innovation system appropriate for SUSTech while being closely integrated with local industry. Since 2018, SUSTech’s University-Industry Cooperation system has developed well, winning many awards:

In late May, SUSTech participated in the 2nd China University Science and Technology Achievements Fair, and won the “Excellent Organization Award”. Mid-November saw nearly 30 scientific research achievements of SUSTech appear at the 20th China International Hi-Tech Fair. The SUSTech exhibition won another “Excellent Organization Award”.

Later in November, a number of outstanding scientific and technological achievements received praise from relevant provincial leaders at the scientific and technological innovation of colleges and universities in Foshan.
