On the morning of November 9, a delegation led by University Council Chairperson of Xiamen University Hai QUAN visited SUSTech. They were accompanied by SUSTech University Council Vice-Chairperson Fengliang LI and members of the University Council.

In the meeting, Fengliang LI introduced SUSTech’s party building, teaching staff construction, and scientific research management, especially its innovative exploration and practice in the modern university system with Chinese characteristics and innovative talent training mode. He expressed his hope that the two universities further strengthen cooperation and exchanges and get win-win development.

Hai QUAN spoke highly of the fast and high-quality development of SUSTech. He said that SUSTech’s exploration of innovation provided good experiences for other universities. He also hopes to promote exchanges and cooperation between the two universities.

Before the meeting, Hai QUAN and the delegation visited the sand table of SUSTech’s construction planning, Cryo-Electron Microscopy Center, and Lakeside Residential College and listened to the university’s overall developmental strategy and progress of the campus construction.
