Last week, the Experimental Education Group of Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) visited its member schools to learn from them. Principal Tang Jiahong of the Experimental Education led the Advisory Committee and Group School Union Vice Chairman Zhang Yang to several schools.

The visit gave the delegation an opportunity to get a better understanding of the features and highlights of each member school and kindergarten. The head of each school and kindergarten provided a briefing about their educational institution and its unique features.

The delegation acknowledged the distinctive highlights of each member school and kindergarten, adding that each school is working on their own feature, whether it is internationalization, curriculum reform or STEM. It is hoped that the member schools would continue to focus on their individual development paths to develop their own basic educational courses to create a shining beacon for education in Nanshan District.

Principal Tang Jiahong summarized their visit, saying that they had a better understanding of their member schools and kindergartens. This would greatly benefit the future development of the group. In the future, the Experimental Education Group will further play the role of an advisory committee, and with SUSTech’s resources, the Experimental Education Group and its members will grow together with SUSTech.
