Greetings to all of you on this momentous occasion as we come together to the Southern University of Science and Technology.

 It is truly an honor to stand before you today as we embark on this incredible journey of education and personal growth.

I am from Tajikistan, a neighboring country that shares its borders with China in the northwest. I have chosen to pursue my studies here at SUSTech in the Physics department. The decision to study in China has been motivated by the country's remarkable academic standards. China's unwavering commitment to innovation, technological advancement, and academic excellence has drawn the world's most influential scholars and researchers, making it an ideal destination for higher education. Additionally, China's rapid economic growth and global influence present a wealth of career opportunities and global networking possibilities.

SUSTech is renowned for its relentless pursuit of excellence in education, research, and innovation. As international students, we have embarked on a journey far from our homelands in search of knowledge, cultural exchange, and personal growth. We choose SUSTech because it embodies these values and offers us the ideal environment to thrive. Beyond academics, the vibrant campus life and the opportunity to immerse ourselves in Chinese culture are irresistible attractions. I'm certain that engaging in sports and participating in various clubs will keep us far from boredom.

We, as international students, hail from diverse corners of the world. Each of us brings unique perspectives, experiences, and traditions with us to Shenzhen. Our presence here enriches the campus community, fostering an environment that promotes collaboration and understanding. To our fellow students, both local and international, let us embrace this opportunity to learn from one another, appreciate different viewpoints, and discover common ground amidst our differences. Personally, I am deeply passionate about theoretical and computational physics, and I aspire to achieve significant breakthroughs in this field. I am incredibly grateful to my parents for their unwavering support and guidance, which have fueled my determination and continue to inspire me. I also extend my heartfelt gratitude in advance to the esteemed faculty and staff members of SUSTech, whose dedication to our personal and academic growth enables us to realize our aspirations.
