Deputy Director Zhou Hongyu of the Hubei Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee came to Southern University of Science and Technology(SUSTech). He and his delegation were met by SUSTech University Council Chairperson Guo Yurong and Vice Chairperson Li Fengliang. The delegation from Hubei Province included senior leaders of government, while Guo Yurong and Li Fengliang were accompanied by senior SUSTech officials.

Chairperson Guo Yurong and vice chairperson Li Fengliang briefed the Hubei Province delegation about SUSTech’s unique features in a wide range of areas. They hoped that Hubei Province would be able to expand on existing exchanges and cooperation with SUSTech.

Deputy Director Zhou Hongyu praised SUSTech’s recent achievements. He spoke about the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, production, teaching and research work.
