From August 29 to 30, SUSTech Graduate School conducted graduate student management training, where leaders and Academic Affairs staff of different departments had in-depth discussions on graduate student management.

The training covered management work in many important aspects like preparations for the new term, students’ registration, cultivation of students, degree management, scholarships and subsidies, enrollment, and the test and operation of graduate information management system.

After a full discussion on the above aspects, the participants offered constructive suggestions from practical standpoints and highly appreciated the informatization of the graduate school. All departments reached a consensus with graduate school on work mechanism, which will facilitate the learning, academic study and the daily life of graduates.
