The soon-to-be-established University of Rehabilitation, due to be based in Qingdao (Shandong Province) sent a delegation to Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) in order to learn about how to set up a new university. Executive vice-chairman of the Leading Group of the University of Rehabilitation Preparatory Team Li Xinzhang led the delegation, who met with SUSTech Director of the Office of Planning and Development, along with other senior SUSTech leaders.

The University of Rehabilitation delegation visited the 3D campus construction sand table, prior to a meeting. In the meeting, Director Wang Susheng welcomed the delegation from the University of Rehabilitation and talked about SUSTech’s development from several perspectives.

University of Rehabilitation Preparatory Team executive vice-chairman Li Xinzhang congratulated SUSTech on its achievements through its short history. He spoke about the preparations behind the University of Rehabilitation, with both sides swapping opinions on campus, discipline and faculty development.

Center for Higher Education Research Deputy Director Han Wei reflected on the preparatory work that SUSTech undertook in its early stages.
