Dear all,

In response to the evolving situation concerning the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) is working vigorously to safeguard the health and safety of our faculty, students, and staff, while minimizing any disruption to study. SUSTech has implemented a daily online reporting system for all faculty, staff, and students, to gain an accurate picture of the health condition. The reporting procedure will operate as follows:

I. Who submits the report?

All faculty members, university employees, visiting scholars, all undergraduate and postgraduate students.

II. When to report?

Every day before 6 p.m. during the period of prevention and control of novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV).

III. Log in the Online Reporting System:

Enter the official WeChat account of SUSTech.

Click “Health Condition Report” under “Campus Service” in the menu

Scan the QR code below:

IV. Requirements:

Please make sure all information is reported accurately. If your data is not displayed, please fill in the form. (Some of the personal data  has been collected from the university human resource system.)

Every departmental/unit work team dedicated to the prevention and control of novel coronavirus shall ensure that everyone in their departments or units will complete the daily report on time. They will also send daily reports to the relevant officials daily.

If you have any questions, please contact the liaison staff of the prevention and control of novel coronavirus working group in your department, office, or unit.

Your involvement will contribute to epidemic prevention and control. Let’s work together and stand as one in the battle against the novel coronavirus!
