As the 2020 admissions campaign enters a new gear, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) has launched a set of scholarships and bursaries for successful students from Hubei Province. These programs will fully subsidize the tuition and accommodation fees for the class of 2024 students who come from Hubei Province.

2020 marks the ninth year of SUSTech’s comprehensive admissions evaluation system, using its “6+3+1” model. Our model includes the SUSTech ability test, interviews, physical education assessments, and reviews of the student’s high school transcripts.

In 2019, SUSTech took 60 excellent students from Hubei Province and plans to take a larger cohort from the province in 2020.

SUSTech offers many scholarships to undergraduate students from when they first arrive on campus to their final year. They also have the opportunity to receive scholarships and bursaries established by a wide range of bodies and institutions, as well as by SUSTech.
