On April 21, Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) welcomed a delegation from the preparatory office of Dongguan University. The delegation was led by Deputy Director Yanzhen TAN. SUSTech University Council Chairperson Yurong GUO and Chief Financial Officer Qin YE met with the Dongguan University group.

University Council Chairperson Yurong GUO welcomed the delegation to SUSTech. She provided a detailed briefing about SUSTech, focusing on its modern university governance system and innovative talent development models.

Deputy Director Yanzhen TAN thanked SUSTech for their hospitality. He praised SUSTech’s rapid development that has arisen from their innovative approach. The Preparatory Office of Dongguan University can learn much from SUSTech’s experiences over the last ten years, and it is hoped that both sides will develop long-term cooperative partnerships in the near future.
