On December 10, SUSTech Vice President Dongxiao ZHANG congratulated students of the Class of 2020 who won scholarships as outstanding freshmen.

Teaching Affairs Office Director Kefu HUANG announced the winners and over 100 students were on hand to receive their awards. 805 freshmen won outstanding freshmen scholarships, split across seven different categories.

Dongxiao ZHANG congratulated the students who won the prize and expressed great gratitude to Ying DENG, Quping HOU, and KAISA Group for their support and encouragement to the students. He fully affirmed the class of 2020’s courage and hardship facing the double tests, the college entrance examination and the epidemic. He hoped that the award-winning students would continue to work hard in the University, make good use of the teaching and scientific research resources of the University, and have a happy and fruitful life here on the campus.
