On March 6, 2021, Manlun ZUO, President of China Lesso Group Holdings Limited (Lesso Group), and his delegation visited the College of Engineering at the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). Yusheng ZHAO, Acting Vice President of SUSTech, and Zhenghe XU, Dean of the College of Engineering, welcomed the guests. The two parties discussed possible areas of cooperation in the future.

Yusheng ZHAO introduced the background of SUSTech. He hopes that the two sides will strengthen exchanges in the future, cooperate in the training of students, and participate in cross-field research.

Zhenghe XU familiarized the guests with the development of the College of Engineering in recent years. He noted that he looks forward to furthering cooperation between SUSTech and Lesso Group and combining the innovation resources of both organizations.

Manlun ZUO gave a brief introduction on the history, the current state of affairs, and future plans of Lesso Group. He hopes to explore a new model of university-enterprise cooperation with SUSTech to help with industrial projects.

Zhiqiang LAI and Dewei LIN, Executive Directors of Lesso Group, along with their Vice President Keming SONG, also attended the meeting alongside SUSTech members Bi ZHANG, Vice Dean of the College of Engineering at SUSTech, Jiangyu LI, Head of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE), and Yuhui SHI, Vice Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE).
