On September 15 2017, the head of the Finance department of the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) professor Jia He, professors Bianxia Sun and Xuning Yang, were among a delegation to visit the Shenzhen Great Strategy Real Estate Appraisal & Consulting Co. Ltd to inspect, investigate and discuss a project to build a joint practice base. Deputy general manager of Shenzhen Great Strategy Real Estate Appraisal&Consulting Kang Du and other main department leaders of the agency attended the signing and opening ceremony.

The two parties had already been in talks to discuss transfers, learning practice, personnel training and management of internship students. This cooperation agreement between both sides reached an amicable consensus.         

During the signing ceremony, Mr Du welcomed the partnership with SUSTech on behalf of their agency, and he introduced his agency’s profile and various stages, from its beginning to its development stage, as well as a number of great achievements.           

Professor Jia He introduced the history and current situation of SUSTech’s Finance department, and placed high expectations on the future of the bilateral agreement. He hoped that through this cooperation, there would be a significant progress in the development of young talents on both sides, and that it would help to further promote the healthy development of the university’s enrollment and employment work.          

Finally, on behalf of the University, professor Jia He and deputy general manager Du Kang signed the “Practice Base Agreement”. The SUSTech representative issued a practice base commemorative plate for the real estate agency which formally identified it to become the off campus practice base of the SUSTech finance students.
