SUSTech student selected to compete in World University Championship Cycling national team

A member of the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) cycling team and a master’s student of the class of 2024, Minghe LI, stood out in the selection trial for the Chinese national team for the 2026 FISU World University Championship Cycling and was selected for the Chinese University Cycling Team.

The 2026 FISU World University Championship Cycling will be held from June 24 to 29 in Chongli, Zhangjiakou, Hebei. The event is officially certified by the International University Sports Federation (FISU) as a top-level competition, and it will bring together elite university cyclists from around the world to compete on the same stage. It is an important platform to showcase the athletic talents of Chinese university students. Minghe LI’s selection for the Chinese national team is not only an honor for her personally but also a great commendation for the achievements of sports education at SUSTech.
