SUSTC students performed well in the Physics Experiments Designing Competition of Guangdong Province

  On October 19th, the “15th Physics Experiments Designing Competition of Guangdong Province” ended in the Lingnan Normal College of Guangdong. Sustc students Junshu Chen, Man Cheng,Shang Li,Rongyu Lin and Jian Han got the First Prize with the project “Bubbles in the liquid under the instruction of Jun Yang, Cailin Wang and Mingzhen Shao; students Qiangsheng, Weihua lei, Zimu Li, Tong Liang and Qianwei Xiong got the Second Prize with project “Charging device using drops of water”, under the instruction of Jun Yang, Cailin Wang and Ji Chen. SUSTC also got the “Excellent Organizer”due to our good performance.

       The Physics Experiments Designing Competition of Guangdong Province is organized by the Physics institute of Guangdong Province, which is traditional competition and helps the college students get interested in physics and experiments, improves their consciousness of innovation and application ability.

       Two teams organized by the Physics Teaching Lab of SUSTC get into the final. They behaved very well in the production checking and defense part, standing out of 64 teams from 20 schools.
