Earlier this week, the University Catering Service Center (UCSC) held a food safety training seminar on campus, in which all its staff took place. Vice President Lu Chun attended and spoke at the meeting. At the meeting, UCSC Assistant Director Cui Qingguo explained food safety, the standard operations of food safety in catering services, and went over the cases of food safety accidents.

In his concluding remarks, Vice President Lu Chun highlighted the achievements of UCSC and pointed out that food safety affects everyone on campus. Parents are always concerned about food safety on campus, along with society and government leaders at all levels, so UCSC staff must be vigilant at all times. He hoped that they would continue to be responsible so that parents could be happy, and faculty members and students would be satisfied.

As a result, UCSC staff have had their professional ethics and food safety service standards further enhanced.
