On November 23, 2018, 20 students participated in the practical entrepreneurship project, jointly organized by SUSTech and Shenzhen’s Kaisa Group Holdings td. As a business innovation project, it is specially developed by Kaisa Group for SUSTech students. It is also an important part of the “Compass” career development program. It aims to provide a way for students to pursue business and entrepreneurial skills through entrepreneurial learning.

At the one day course, in addition to the guidance of the project business mentor, Kaisa Group Shenzhen Regional Headquarters senior executive and assistant president Xie Binhong introduced the company culture, history, and business performance to the students. Students also took the chance to gain valuable enterprise and entrepreneurial skills that could be applied to the real estate industry.

As Kaisa Group has set foot in more than 20 industries, this time the company sent four business tutors from culture and sport, real estate, science and business management divisions to provide business training to the students. In upcoming courses, students will practice their skills in conducting market research, analyzing the market and customers, and formulating the entrepreneurial project plan, providing experiences that link it to the students’ future employability and entrepreneurial development.
