July 23, Shenzhen,China- Professor Zheng Qin, SUSTC Vice-President, headed a delegation to the 6th Unit of Shenzhen special economic zone with spiritual civilization, the Heroic force unit of PLA. Both sides signed an agreement to foster young people and decided to organize a series of activities to cultivate the socialist core values for young officers andsoldiers and students to implement and realize the socialist core values spirit stressed by the Communist Party chief Xi Jinping.

Both sides also exchanged ideas on the education. Vice-President Professor Zheng Qin expressed the high respects  to the force and hoped that SUSTC could strength the collaboration in the future. The militarycommissar Meng Anbu expressed thanks for the visit and support from the SUSTC. The delegation also visited the facilities after the ceremony.
