On the afternoon of November 15, 2015, Guangdong Middle School and University Students Aerobics Cheerleading Championships came to a close in Guangzhou Sport University. SUSTC Dancing Team attended the Cheerleading Championships and won the champion of “Jazz Cheerleading” event. 

More than 120 dancing teams from Guangdong’s over 30 universities competed in the Cheerleading Championships. SUSTC Dancing Team combined Jazz with Cheerleading, which integrated the grace of dance and the force of sports to show the positive vigorous mental outlook of SUSTC’s students. Their vivid dancing posture and youthful vigor won warm applauses and affirmed by judges. 

The stage performance time was transient. To win in the Aerobics Cheerleading Championships, SUSTC Dancing Team, under the guidance of the dance instructor Lai Sha, conducted the choreography and drilled for two months. The students who love the dance and commit to their dream harvested their success finally.
