On the evening of September 5, 2016, the briefing session of Huawei job fair in Shenzhen was held in the Lecture Hall 110 of the library in SUSTech, which marked the kickoff of job fair in Autumn Term in the university. Over 200 students took part in the session. The company expected more students in SUSTech to work in Huawei for their strong comprehensive quality and great developing potential.

Huawei gives high priority to talents. After introducing some achievements made by the company recently, Mr. Zhu Haipei, CTO of IT product line in Huawei, demonstrated to students that Huawei attached great importance to talents. Mr. Zhu stressed that they welcomed all talented students to join them, regardless of students’ educational background and majors.

HR in Huawei explained their recruiting procedures in 2016 and encouraged all graduates of 2017 to submit resumes to Huawei before September 14, 2016.

During the session, students of 2011 and 2012 graduating classes who once did internship in or worked in Huawei were also present and answered questions for students. Many students consulted Huawei’s staff in terms of their concerns after the session.
