Recently, Zhang Lin, the director of the Organization Department of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee, came to Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) to conduct research into the development of our talent pipeline. SUSTech Vice President Tang Tao and Vice Provost (Global Strategies) Zheng Chunmiao attended the forum.

At the meeting, both sides had in-depth discussions about the development of the talent pipeline at SUSTech. The Office of Human Resources provided a briefing about their experience of the domestic and foreign talent systems.

Mr. Zhang Lin listened carefully, saying that the government will continue to strongly support the development of the talent pipeline at SUSTech.

At the same time Vice President Tang Tao expressed SUSTech’s gratitude for the long-term support by the government.
