On July 4, the Alumni Association of Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) held its fourth council board meeting. University Council Vice Chairperson Fengliang LI chaired the meeting in his capacity as Alumni Association Executive Vice President. SUSTech and Alumni Association President Shiyi CHEN attended the meeting.

The meeting reviewed and approved several reports and proposals. They also discussed the work of the Alumni Association through 2019-20, with participating board directors providing their input throughout the meeting.

President Shiyi CHEN thanked the Alumni Association board directors for continuing to guide its development. He pointed out that to improve alumni relations is essential to the University’s development, and our alumni’s progress and success reflects the values of SUSTech’s education. He hoped that the Alumni Association would continue to innovate in the future by improving its service to the majority of alumni.
