On November 26, SUSTech President Qikun XUE visited the College of Business and School of Medicine. He was accompanied by University Council Vice Chairperson Fengliang LI, Vice President Dongxiao ZHANG, Acting Vice President Dongfeng GU, and other heads of functional departments.

President XUE listened to the reports of the two schools.

He fully affirmed the achievements made by the two schools in the faculty management, personnel training and research and expressed gratitude to all the faculty and students for their efforts.

XUE said that SUSTech attaches great importance to the development of business and medicine disciplines. At the crucial moment, the College of Business needs to explore innovative talents training system so as to cultivate more professional and high-quality personnel for the development of Shenzhen and China. He believes that medicine as a key research field of the University has a promising prospect. He hopes that the school will continue to focus on the strategic goal of building an international, high-level and research-oriented medical school, build a high-quality talent pipeline, and nurturing future leaders of healthcare with international vision, pioneering spirit and innovative ability.
