At present, the event has become one of the world’s largest international business case analysis competitions.

The entire competition is delivered in English and involves a variety of business cases in the field of management. Students are expected to express professional knowledge understanding, practical skills, language skills, and teamwork skills in the competition. The HSBC Business Case Competition 2021 event in China is divided into two regions, the north and the south.

There were 32 first-class university teams and more than 100 undergraduate students that participated in the competition. It’s composed of several expert consultants from the fields of business and sustainable development.

The undergraduates of SUSTech showcased their high standard of analytical and oral skills required for this competition. It was acknowledged that the level of competition in the southern region was much higher than expected, with the students of SUSTech hoping for further success in the finals.
