Taizhou University party committee secretary Cui Fengjun and President Chen Guangting led a delegation to Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) earlier this week. SUSTech President Chen Shiyi met with the delegation.

Mr. Cui Fengjun and his entourage first visited the 3D campus construction sand table. They received a briefing on the overall development of SUSTech.

President Chen Shiyi spoke about the development of SUSTech. He said that the rapid development of SUSTech had benefited from the strong support of Guangdong Province and Shenzhen. The geographical advantages of the Greater Bay Area had also brought benefits to SUSTech. President Chen Shiyi hoped that SUSTech would have more technical cooperation with Taizhou University that promotes scientific and technological development.

Secretary Cui Fengjun talked about Taizhou University and praised SUSTech’s recent achievements. He hoped that SUSTech and Taizhou University would complement each other’s strengths. Secretary Cui Fengjun believes that the development of a cooperative platform between the two universities would be mutually beneficial.

President Chen Guangting acknowledged that learning SUSTech’s successful practices would be important for Taizhou University. He looked forward to SUSTech and Taizhou University students communicating with each other more.
