As the National Day Festival approached, Kunshan Municipal Committee member and director of the Kunshan Development Zone Management Committee Shen Yiping visited SUSTech. The University President Chen Shiyi greeted and met the delegation.

The Kunshan delegation first visited the 3D campus construction sand table as well as the Micro/Nano Project Research Center. They were accompanied by SUSTech Chief Financial Officer Ye Qin.

After the two sides held a discussion, University President Chen Shiyi welcomed the arrival of Shen Yiping and his party. He hoped to build a good cooperative relationship with Kunshan City so both sides could exert their respective advantages to provide positive cooperation in their future developments.

Director Shen Yiping said that regional development is inseparable from talents. Kunshan City has a good industrial base and a complete industrial chain. It is hoped that it will have close exchanges and cooperation with SUSTech.

Chief Financial Officer Ye Qin introduced the advantages and achievements of SUSTech in the transfer of scientific research results.

Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Kunshan Development Zone Pan Jiankang accompanied the Kunshan delegation. The relevant leaders of SUSTech’s Office of Technology Transfer and School of Environmental Science and Engineering attended the event.
